Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Visit the PlayHT Website

Open your browser and visit:

PlayHT Ai

Click Get Started or Sign Up.

Step 2: Create a Free Account

Choose one of the following:

  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with Email
  • Continue with Microsoft (if available)

Enter:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Password

Click Create Account. 

Step 3: Verify Your Email

Open your inbox.

Find the verification email from PlayHT.

Click Verify Email.

After verification, you’ll be redirected to your account.

tep 4: Log In

Enter:

  • Email
  • Password

Click Log In.

Step 5: Open the Dashboard

After logging in, you’ll see the Studio dashboard.

Typical menu items include:

Step 6: Create a New Project

Click:

New Project

or

Create Audio

Step 7: Paste Your Text

Filter by:

Click Preview to listen before selecting.

Adjust:

  • Pauses
  • Pronunciation
  • Speaking Style

Step 10: Generate the Audio

Click Generate.

Wait a few seconds while PlayHT processes your text into speech.

Step 11: Preview the Audio

Click Play.

If needed:

  • Change the voice
  • Edit the script
  • Generate again

Step 12: Download the Voice

Click Download.

Choose:

  • MP3
  • WAV (depending on your plan)
