KoalaWriter is an AI-powered writing tool that helps you create SEO-focused, long-form blog articles from a target keyword with minimal manual work.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open the Official Koala AI Website

  • Open your web browser.
  • Go to the official Koala AI website.
  • Click Start Writing for Free or choose Register.
  • You can also go directly to the official registration page.

Step 2: Create Your KoalaWriter Account

  • On the registration page, you can choose Google to sign up quickly.
  • Alternatively, enter your email address.
  • Create a password.
  • Click Register.
  • Follow any verification instructions if they appear.

Koala’s current registration page supports both Google registration and email/password registration.

Step 3: Login to Your Koala Account

  • Go to the official Login page.
  • Enter the email and password you used during registration.
  • Or choose Continue with Google if you registered with Google.
  • Click Login.

Step 4: Open KoalaWriter

  • After logging in, open KoalaWriter from the Koala AI dashboard.
  • You will see the article creation interface.
  • KoalaWriter lets you choose an article type, target keyword, SEO settings, tone, language, and other options.

Tip: If you are writing a normal blog article, select Blog Post.

Step 5: Choose the Article Type & Enter Your Keyword

  • Find Article Type.
  • Select Blog Post.
  • Find Target Keyword.
  • Enter the main keyword you want your article to target.

Koala recommends putting the target keyword itself in this field rather than filling the box with a list of additional keywords.

Step 6: Configure SEO, Tone & Language

Now customize the article:

  • Select your SEO Optimization option.
  • Choose your preferred Tone of Voice.
  • Select the Language.
  • Choose the appropriate country/audience when available.
  • Configure the other SEO settings according to your requirements.

KoalaWriter’s SEO options can include default/manual/AI-powered optimization, while tone and language help adapt the article to your intended audience.

For a blog targeting Pakistan: choose settings that match your target audience and use keywords appropriate for that market.

Step 7: Enable Real-Time Data, Images & Videos

Depending on your plan and article requirements, you can configure:

  • Real-Time Data
  • Deep Research
  • AI Images
  • YouTube Videos
  • Cite Sources
  • External Links

Koala’s Real-Time Data feature can fetch web information for article sections, while Deep Research performs more extensive research.

For multimedia, KoalaWriter can use Auto, Images, or Videos options.

Step 8: Customize the Outline

For more control over your article:

  • Enable Outline Editor.
  • Review the suggested H2 and H3 headings.
  • Add sections you want.
  • Remove unnecessary sections.
  • Reorder headings.
  • Add additional instructions to individual sections.

Koala’s Outline Editor allows you to modify the structure before the article is generated.

Step 9: Generate Your Article

Once your settings are ready:

  • Review your keyword.

Step 10: Review, Edit & Use Your Article

After generation:

  • Read through the complete article.
  • Check the title and headings.
  • Verify facts and sources.
  • Edit anything that doesn’t match your requirements.
  • Improve the introduction and conclusion if necessary.
  • Check internal/external links.
  • Add or replace images where needed.
  • Copy the final article or use the available publishing/integration options.

KoalaWriter also has a Polish feature that can improve readability, shorten lengthy paragraphs, remove repetition, and simplify complex sentences.
