Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open the Simplified website

Go to the official Simplified website and choose Get Started for Free or open the login page.

Simplified officially supports signing up with an email address or Google account.

Step 2: Create your account

If you choose email registration:

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Create a password.
  3. Click Sign Up.
  4. Check your email for the verification message.
  5. Click the verification link.

Simplified’s help center says the email password should be at least 8 characters. You can also choose Continue with Google instead.

Step 3: Log in to Simplified

After creating and verifying your account:

  1. Open the Simplified login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Let’s Go or the available sign-in button.

If you registered with Google, choose Sign In with Google instead.

Step 4: Open AI Writer

After logging in, go to your Dashboard and select AI Writing / AI Writer.

The AI Writer area provides options such as templates, documents and blog-writing tools.

Step 5: Choose an AI writing method

Simplified provides several ways to start writing, including:

  • AI Templates
  • Blog Writer / Blog Wizard
  • New Document
  • AI-assisted writing tools

For beginners, AI Templates are a simple way to start because you can choose a predefined content type.

Step 6: Select a template

Click AI Templates and browse or search for the type of content you want.

For example, you can create:

  • Blog content
  • Social media copy
  • Advertisements
  • Product descriptions
  • Emails
  • SEO content

Simplified’s AI Writer currently advertises 80+ content templates/use cases.

Step 7: Enter your prompt

Enter your topic or instructions into the template.

Example prompt:

Write a 1,000-word beginner-friendly article about the benefits of AI tools for small businesses. Use a professional and easy-to-understand tone.

The more specific your instructions are, the easier it is for the AI to understand the desired output. Simplified also provides options such as language, creativity and number of results in relevant AI Writer workflows.

Step 8: Generate the content

Click Generate.

Simplified will process your prompt and provide generated content. If you want different results, you can use Generate More or adjust your instructions and generate again.

Step 9: Edit the generated content

Review the generated text before publishing it.

You can:

  • Edit sentences
  • Remove unnecessary sections
  • Rewrite content
  • Add additional information
  • Continue writing
  • Open the content in the editor

Simplified’s AI Writer workflow allows generated results to be opened in its editor for further editing and organization.

Step 10: Download, share, or publish

Once your content is finished, you can use Simplified’s available sharing/export options.

For blog content, Simplified’s current Blog Writer workflow lets you generate a title, outline and content, then edit and format the article. Its documentation also describes exporting content and publishing through supported integrations.
