Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Beautiful.ai
Go to the official Beautiful.ai website using your browser.
- Open Chrome, Edge, or another browser.
- Visit the official Beautiful.ai website.
- Click Sign Up to create a new account.
Step 2: Create Your Beautiful.ai Account
After clicking Sign Up, choose your preferred registration method.
You can generally sign up using:
- Microsoft
If you use email, enter your work/email address and follow the registration instructions.
Beautiful.ai’s current login page provides Google and Microsoft sign-in options as well as email/password fields.
Step 3: Log In to Beautiful.ai
If you already have an account:
- Go to the Beautiful.ai login page.
- Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, or enter your email and password.
- Click Continue.
- You should be taken to your presentation workspace.
The official login page currently supports Google, Microsoft, and email/password authentication.
Step 4: Open the Presentation Dashboard
After logging in, you will reach My Presentations, where you can manage your presentations.
Look for the option:
Create with AI
Beautiful.ai’s current AI workflow starts from the My Presentations area by selecting Create with AI.
Step 5: Enter a Prompt for Your Presentation
Click Create with AI.
You can then describe what you want Beautiful.ai to create.
Example prompt:
Create a 10-slide presentation about the benefits of artificial intelligence for small businesses. Include an introduction, major AI applications, benefits, examples, challenges, and conclusion.
You can also:
- Type a prompt
- Paste an outline
- Use the microphone
- Add supporting files such as documents or PDFs

Beautiful.ai’s current AI workflow accepts prompts and supporting files before generating the presentation outline.
Step 6: Review and Edit the AI Outline
Beautiful.ai first creates a slide-by-slide outline rather than immediately producing the finished slides.
Review the outline carefully.
You can:
- Change slide titles
- Was
- Reorder slides
- Remove slides
- Add sections
- Add a conclusion
- Ask the AI to modify the outline
For example, you can ask:
Add a slide about AI tools for marketing.
The official workflow allows you to refine the outline before the actual slide design is generated.
Step 7: Choose a Theme and Visual Style
After reviewing your outline, choose the visual preferences for your presentation.
Beautiful.ai allows you to configure options such as:

Then click Generate Presentation.

Step 8: Edit Your Presentation

You can also add images by selecting an appropriate image layout and choosing an image from the image selector or importing your own.
Step 9: Add More Slides or Present Your Deck
If you need another slide:
- Click Add Slide.
- Search for the type of slide you need.
- Choose a slide from the available templates or Inspiration Gallery.
- Customize it with your content.
Beautiful.ai’s Inspiration Gallery provides pre-built slide types that can be added directly to a presentation.
When your presentation is ready, click Present in the upper-right corner of the editor.
Step 10: Export or Share Your Presentation
When your presentation is finished, you can export it or share it.
